Project Mindscope : Helping Students Navigate During Exam Season.
Have you ever felt drained and unmotivated, no matter how much you studied during the exams? That overwhelming state is often burnout-a form of emotional, physical, and mental exhaustion caused by prolonged academic stress. For students, it can manifest as constant fatigue, a lack of focus, and a decline in productivity despite long hours at the desk.
Burnout doesn't just affect exam performance: it also disrupts sleep, nutrition, and emotional well-being, leaving students stuck in a cycle where the harder they push, the less effective their efforts become.
What is Project Mindscope?
Project Mindscope was initiated by the Rotaract Club of College of Chemical Sciences with the aim of helping students identify the signs of burnout and providing them with practical strategies to manage it.
Why it matters?
The program addressed key areas such as identifying early signs of burnout, developing time management and study-life balance, and practicing simple yet effective relaxation techniques. By combining awareness with practical tools, the initiative created a supportive environment where students could recharge, gain confidence, and approach exams with a healthier mindset.
