Rotaract Club of College of Chemical Sciences

In a remarkable collaboration between Hope Gallery, the Rotaract Clubs of ACBT, ANC, APIIT, and the Interact Club of Hindu Ladies College, the Elf-ing Around in Colour' 23 project brought together a community of passionate individuals to make a difference in the lives of children. The main objective of this project was to prevent children from entering orphanages and instead provide them with a loving family environment. Through fundraisers and creative workshops, the project aimed to enhance their soft skills and equip them with the tools they need for a brighter future. On November 28th, 2023, members of the Rotaract Club of College of Chemical Sciences came together to make a positive impact on the lives of the students at Rathna Kanishta Vidyalaya, Hokandara. Project  සිහිනයට පියාපත් was  organised with the goal of providing much-needed school supplies and other essential items to these deserving students. The project was a huge success, thanks to the generosity and support of the members of our Rotaract Club and also the students at the College of Chemical Sciences.  A wide range of items, that would greatly benefit the students in their educational journey, were collected including 35 pencil boxes/cases, 22 water bottles, 25 lunch boxes, 205 pencils, 25 Drawing books, 125 Blue pens, 125 Black pens and 125 CR books.                                            With these donations, we aim to address the students' immediate needs and provide them with the necessary tools to excel in their studies, organise their belongings and  encourage their cre
