#Be Their Smile

Afnan Azeem Some people say that their life sucks, and that nothing could possibly get any worse, some people you meet in your life are so gloomy that you see no hope in their eyes when you look into them.... But when we walked into the Maharagama cancer hospital on the 14th of august, we realized that the single most bravest thing we can do is to look through all out troubles, all our defeats and smile. Smile so that we can give ourselves and others hope. We saw children there who smiled and laughed, clapped and sang, danced and made merriment with us despite all the harsh fates life had dealt to them. We saw their faces light up with delight when they saw all the balloons and the fun events we had for them, and it was then that I truly understood that if these children have the strength of mind to smile and have hope after all that life has put them through, then we should take an example from them and be strong as they are.
