So, this is a write up where I will be sharing my experience of 5 days at Sri Lanka
where I went for ROTASIA.
I, Rtr Ronak Jain, with the fellow rotaractors, Rtr DRRN Ronnie Vaishnav, Rtr District Advisor Rakshit Toke and Rtr Hardik Gupta, were here at Sri Lanka for the mega event Rotasia-16, hosted by RID 3220.

 It was a fun filled journey and a life time experience for me to enjoy those 5 days and we did it to the fullest. With many new friends, and on the whole, the Rotaract family, it was never gonna be strange.
Many thanks to the host district RID 3220 for handling the whole event so well that we did not face any problem.

After the event got completed, we stayed there for a couple of days more to enjoy the beauty of the paradise. Those couple of days were the most memorable ones as we were hosted by the rotaractors of RC CCS and RC Singer.

 They hosted us very well and helped us in each and every possible way to enjoy and experience some of the amazing places at Sri Lanka. Rtr. Usesha Bopitiya and Rtr Chami Liyanage took very special care about all our arrangements and hosted us very well. Also Rtr Charan, Rtr Mahiva and Rtr Kalpa from RC Singer helped us to know more about the economy and the major attractions of Colombo.



It was all together a family trip for the last 2 days. I wish to come over there and enjoy the paradise again. I also request and invite RID 3220 to come to India and to our district RID 3051 as well, so that we can also get a chance to make the fellowship more strong. Thank you RID 3220.

 It was surely a pleasure being there at the paradise. I was lost in the paradise for those 5 days.

Making a Life-Saving Impact : Drops of Hope 23'

On October 6, 2023, the Rotaract Club of College of Chemical Sciences joined forces with the Rotaract Club of Katugastota Region and the Interact Club of Kingswood College to organize a remarkable blood donation campaign, Drops of Hope 23’ , at the Kandy Baptist Church. With over 60 generous donors stepping forward, the campaign proved to be a resounding success. The importance of blood donation cannot be overstated. It is a selfless act of giving that has the power to save lives and offer hope to those in need. Every day, countless individuals face medical emergencies that require blood transfusions. By donating blood, we become the lifeline for these individuals, providing them with a chance at recovery and a brighter future.
