The joint tree planting project - තුරු සවි took place on the 7th of April at Uyanwatte Lake, Bandaragama. Beginning at 9 am, the day was filled with the sound of shovels hitting the earth as participants from the Rotaract Club of College of Chemical Sciences and Cinnamon Gardens poured their hearts into the cause. Their efforts not only prevented soil erosion but also bolstered the lake bund, leaving a lasting mark on the landscape. The unity and dedication displayed by everyone involved were truly remarkable, highlighting the impact of community-driven environmental projects.

As we reflect on this incredible day, let's carry forward the momentum and commitment to safeguarding our environment.
